In case you haven't noticed-- I am obsessed with interior decorating. I always have loved 'making things look pretty' (um, duh). But it's only been in the past few years that I really got into decorating spaces.
When Bill & I decided we were going to make the big move from Texas to Pennsylvania, and were merging apartments, we decided to leave a big chunk of our stuff behind. We both got rid of couches and other miscellaneous living room furniture and decided we would buy new once we got back to PA & found a place.
On my way back to Pennsylvania with my mom, we decided to stop in Waco to go see Magnolia. I was instantly obsessed. Of course, I always had loved the show and JoJo's style (who doesn't?) but actually being there totally inspired me. I started buying things for our new place left & right.
The first piece that was purchased for our house was this beautiful console table we found at HomeGoods that we now have in our entry way. Along with the table, we picked up a gorgeous faded area rug in pale blues, greys, creams, and touches of navy. Keeping the rug in mind I started collecting complimentary throw pillows from all over.
We knew we wanted a cream or neutral colored couch, so we took a trip to Wolf's Furniture & picked out a custom couch to fit with the items we had already purchased.
About 100 trips to antique shops & HomeGoods to pull small details, and about 7000 deliveries from Amazon for odds & ends and we finally had a room!
I will tag as many details as I can below the photos!

This window & wreath combo really make the entrance way and I LOVE it so much. I found the window in the third floor corner of an antique shop in Clearfield, PA for $7 and the wreath at HomeGoods for $10! Goes to show what keeping your eyes open will get you!
Anyway, the decor is constantly changing and being rearranged at our house so you will definitely be seeing updates as we progress!
